Who handles your information.
Wasevo is the service brand led by Waqas Ahmed Waseer, based in Kamalia, Punjab, Pakistan (Wasevo LLC, Denver, Colorado, USA), providing remote website, software, SEO, automation and IT services. Wasevo is responsible for deciding how information submitted through this website is used for enquiries and website administration.
For a privacy question or request, use our privacy contact form. Include the email address associated with your earlier enquiry and a short description of the request. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive customer records. You can also identify the founder through his public portfolio.
Information you provide.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, selected service and a project brief. A website URL is optional. We store these details privately in the website’s WordPress database so the site administrator can review the enquiry and respond. Information you choose to include in the brief becomes part of that enquiry record.
Providing an enquiry is voluntary. We need a name, valid email address, service selection and sufficient detail to understand the request. If you do not wish to provide those details, you can browse the public website without submitting the form. The website does not offer visitor accounts, public comments or online purchases.
Technical information and abuse prevention.
When a browser requests a page, the hosting environment receives technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Hosting and security logs may record this information for service operation, troubleshooting and abuse investigation. The exact infrastructure records depend on the hosting environment operating the website.
The contact handler uses a keyed hash derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. The application does not place the raw IP address in the enquiry record. The rate-limit value is set to expire after one hour; expired transient records may remain in database storage until WordPress cleanup runs. The form also includes a hidden spam-trap field and a request-validation token.
Why we use the information.
We use enquiry details to understand the requested work, communicate about it, prepare a scope or proposal and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. We use technical information to deliver the website, investigate faults and reduce misuse.
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, responding to a request for services may involve taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Business correspondence and website security may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against the interests and rights of the people concerned. Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, that obligation provides the relevant basis. We do not treat an enquiry as permission to send an unrelated marketing campaign.
Who can receive it.
Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorized website administrators. Service providers operating the hosting, storage or communications used for the enquiry may process information on Wasevo’s behalf to provide those services. If a project requires another specialist to see enquiry information, the information shared should be limited to what that involvement requires.
We do not sell website enquiry data. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, to respond to a lawful request or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. This website does not automatically submit your project brief to an AI model or an advertising platform.
International access and processing.
Wasevo operates from Pakistan and serves clients remotely. If you contact us from another country, your information may be accessed in Pakistan. Hosting or communications providers can also process information in the locations used by their services.
Where a project requires a particular data location, processor arrangement or transfer safeguard, raise that requirement before sharing production data. Any safeguards required by applicable law need to be established for that engagement; we do not claim that every future provider or project has the same data-processing arrangement.
How long information is kept.
Enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably needed to address the request, continue a relevant business conversation, resolve a dispute or meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on whether the enquiry develops into an engagement, whether the discussion remains active and whether a record is needed for a specific legal or operational reason.
An administrator can delete an enquiry when it is no longer needed or in response to an applicable erasure request. Deleted information may remain in limited-access backups until those copies are replaced or expire under the hosting backup arrangements. Contract, accounting and project records created during an engagement can have separate retention requirements.
Cookies, analytics and external links.
The current public site does not include advertising pixels or an audience-analytics tracker. It does not require a visitor to log in to read pages or send an enquiry. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and session functions. See our cookie notice for the installed site’s browser-storage behaviour.
Project links and source references can take you to other websites. Those operators handle information under their own notices. We have removed the template’s embedded demonstration video; opening a public Wasevo page does not require loading a third-party video player.
Your choices and requests.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Use the privacy contact route above to make a request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you, using a proportionate method. We will address the request within the period required by the applicable law. You may also raise a complaint with your relevant data-protection authority; in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and changes to this notice.
We limit administrative access and use the website’s request-validation and abuse-prevention controls. No website or transmission method can be promised completely secure. Please use the public form for an initial brief, not for secrets or sensitive records that need a separately agreed transfer method.
This notice covers the website’s current enquiry and publication functions. A new service or material change in data use may require a revised notice or additional information at the point of collection. The update date at the top identifies the current version.
