About this website.
This website presents the services of Wasevo, led by Waqas Ahmed Waseer, and selected work from the founder’s portfolio. You may use it to learn about our services, read articles and send an enquiry. These website terms do not replace the written agreement for a paid engagement.
If you have a question about the website or these terms, use our contact form. Information about how we handle personal information is provided in the privacy notice.
Enquiries and service agreements.
Submitting a form does not create a paid contract, reserve delivery capacity or authorize Wasevo to access your systems. A project begins on the basis of a separately agreed scope and commercial terms. Those terms should identify deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, responsibilities and any applicable support commitments.
Website descriptions explain the kinds of work we offer. They do not mean that every listed activity is included in every proposal. Hosting costs, software licenses, hardware, API usage and third-party subscriptions are included only where the agreement says they are.
Accurate information and authorized access.
Please provide information you are entitled to share and do not submit passwords, confidential third-party records or sensitive personal information through the public form. Access to a client system must be authorized and arranged through an appropriate channel for the agreed work.
You must not misuse the website, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt its availability. Ordinary browsing and legitimate business enquiries are welcome. We may restrict abusive submissions or investigate suspected misuse.
Content and intellectual property.
Wasevo’s original website copy and brand materials are provided for reading and evaluating our services. You may link to public pages and make a limited copy for your own internal evaluation. Republishing substantial content, reselling it or presenting it as your own requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Third-party trademarks, platform marks and project imagery remain associated with their respective owners. Platform names identify technologies or services relevant to our work; their appearance does not imply an official partnership or certification. Rights in commissioned work and any source-code handover are defined in the project agreement.
Portfolio and editorial information.
Portfolio entries describe selected founder work and identify the project where relevant. A historical project does not establish that Wasevo currently operates the customer’s business or provides ongoing support. External websites can change after an entry is published.
Articles provide general technical and planning information. Requirements depend on the system, version and business context, so a guide is not a substitute for reviewing a live environment before making consequential changes. We aim to correct material errors brought to our attention.
Availability and external services.
We work to keep the website useful and accessible, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page is free from error. Service response times, uptime commitments and recovery targets apply only when expressly included in an engagement agreement.
External links are provided for context or as references. We do not control the destination’s availability, content or policies. Search indexing, rankings and third-party platform approvals are controlled by the relevant providers and are not guaranteed by a website description or enquiry.
Changes and applicable rights.
We may update these website terms as the website and service information change. The update date above identifies the current version. A change to this page does not by itself rewrite an existing signed project agreement.
Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific commercial and dispute-resolution terms belong in the relevant engagement agreement rather than being assumed from a general website page.
