The situation
Where the work started
A hosting brand has two audiences on one domain: prospects reading marketing pages, and customers who need to log in, pay an invoice or open a ticket. Treating these as one website produces a poor experience for both.

How it came together
From the brief to what changed after

The stack, and why
WordPress for the public site and WHMCS for the portal, served on LiteSpeed with CloudLinux underneath. On shared hosting, CloudLinux isolates each account's resources, so one busy account cannot slow down the others.

After launch
Marketing content and billing configuration have separate owners, so editing a pricing page does not touch billing.
